Background: Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy (DPN) is a common and difficult complication of diabetes poses significant burden to many diabetics the public health-care system. patients in rural areas have higher risk developing related complications inadequate access proper treatment especially low-income countries. Objectives: To determine prevalence diabetic peripheral neuropathy with Type II Nawab Shah various factors development patients. Study Design: Cross-sectional study Place Duration Study: was done District (SBA), 06 months from September 2020 February 2021 Methodology: One thousand fifty-seven patient’s demographic parameters diagnostic criteria depend on primary care setup first three were enrolled. Results: The overall rate almost 57.42%. Conclusion: increased increasing age it observed be associated duration diabetes, physical activity, smoking habit systemic hypertension.
